On Wednesday, April 2, former Lincoln North Star High School standout Piper Ruhl’s current college team, the South Dakota Coyotes, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Drake Bulldogs.

The game took place at Buel Field. This was their second matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Coyotes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Tharaldson Park against North Dakota State Bison.
