On Saturday, April 26, former Pius X High School standout Hayley Lutjeharms’ current college team, the Wayne State Wildcats, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Winona State Warriors.

The game took place at Maynard R. Johnson Field. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 12 p.m. at Carlander Field against Concordia Golden Bears.
