On Saturday, March 1, former Pius X High School standout Hayley Lutjeharms’ current college team, the Wayne State Wildcats, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the William Jewell Cardinals.

The game took place at Cardinal Field. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Cardinal Field against William Jewell Cardinals.
