On Tuesday, March 4, former Lincoln Northeast High School standout Maddi Duncan’s current college team, the Sioux Falls Cougars, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Ashland Eagles.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 10 a.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Salem Tigers.
