Deputy McKay and Deputy Juracek trained with Adams Fire and Rescue on Wednesday, 03-30-2022 in Adams, Nebraska.
Deputies provided input and guidance on the needs of law enforcement when both agencies respond to a call for service, in this case a simulated domestic assault has occurred.
The Gage County Sheriff's Office works regularly with Adams Fire and Rescue and other volunteer fire departments throughout the county on calls such as traffic accidents, assaults, injured persons, death investigations, emergency protective custody calls, and other incidents where the fire and rescue personnel are either requested by deputies, simultaneously dispatched, or the fire and rescue personnel request a deputy to respond.
