He noted that with SEC Chair Gary Gensler's departure nearing, there are significant opportunities ahead to support fintech innovation and expand access to digital assets. The following day, on November 27, 2024, Rep. Flood announced his upcoming appearance on Fox Business' Mornings Maria show to discuss economic matters including SEC Chair Gary Gensler's legacy and former President Donald Trump's tax cuts.
