WASHINGTON, D.C. – On April 28, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood issued a statement following news the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the sale of E15 for the summer.

“E15 for all would help get America back on a path to energy independence and will help our rural communities thrive for generations to come. The Biden Administration’s announcement on April 28, however, falls short of delivering E15 all year round in every state. President Biden needs to get Washington out of the way of E15-for-All, so all Americans can access this great fuel’s benefits.”
