Jaclyn Kreifels, RDN & Danae McKenzie, dietetic intern, on behalf of Nemaha County Hospital hosted an afterschool workshop for the 5th-grade students at Lourdes Central Catholic Elementary School on Nov. 16th.
In this workshop, students learned about whole grains in a fun, hands-on approach. Students tasted whole-grain products and made tasty whole-grain bread dough to bake at home to enjoy with their families!
