On Tuesday, March 18, former Lincoln Southeast High School standouts Max Buettenback and Will Jesske’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Pepperdine Waves.

The game took place at Eddy D. Field Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Waves this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 3 p.m. at Eddy D. Field Stadium against Pepperdine Waves.
