On Friday, Feb. 21, former Lincoln East High School standout Kooper Barnes’ current college team, the South Alabama Jaguars, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Lipscomb Bisons.

The game took place at Jaguar Field. This was their first matchup against the Bisons this season.

The Jaguars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 11:30 a.m. at Tiger Park against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
