On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Beatrice High School standout Avery Barnard’s current college team, the Creighton Bluejays, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Morehead State Eagles.

The game took place at Bailey Park. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m. at Campus Diamond against UNLV Rebels.
