On May 5, Rep. Mike Flood expressed support for the House GOP's achievements during President Donald Trump's first 100 days. "During President @realDonaldTrump's first 100 days, @HouseGOP rallied together delivering wins for hardworking Americans," he stated, emphasizing the intent to achieve more through reconciliation and referencing a recent discussion with Steve Scully.
The following day, May 6, Flood congratulated Bryan Health on its centennial anniversary of service and patient care excellence. He noted that he had highlighted this milestone on the House floor earlier that morning. "Congratulations to @Bryan_Health on 100 years of outstanding service and patient-focused care!" he tweeted.
Later that day, Flood visited the Elkhorn Valley Museum where he acknowledged Johnny Carson's contributions and praised the museum for its role in promoting Norfolk's history and educational opportunities. Mike Flood was born in Omaha in 1975 and resides in Norfolk. He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
