On Friday, March 21, former Pius X High School standout Alexis Markowski’s current collegiate team the Nebraska Cornhuskers lost 63-58 against the Louisville Cardinals in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena, this was the first game against the Louisville Cardinals during the championship.

Alexis Markowski’s hometown is Lincoln and game positions are center and forward.
