LINCOLN, NEBRASKA – U.S. Congressman Mike Flood announced that U.S. Congressman Patrick McHenry will address the upcoming Flyover Fintech Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska on October 21, 2024. Congressman McHenry is the chairman of the House Financial Services Committee.

Congressman McHenry is serving his tenth term as the representative for North Carolina's 10th Congressional District which comprises all or parts of nine counties in North Carolina, from the suburbs of Charlotte on Lake Norman to Pisgah National Forest in Burke County. In the 118th Congress, Congressman McHenry was elected as Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, a committee he has served on since he was elected to Congress. As Chairman, he continues to advocate for innovative solutions that increase access to banking services and credit for American families and small businesses. Prior to serving as Chairman, Congressman McHenry was elected as Republican Leader at the beginning of the 116th Congress. He also served as Vice Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, a position he was appointed to at the beginning of the 114th Congress by then-Chairman Jeb Hensarling (TX-05). Recently, Congressman Flood announced that Congressman Andy Barr and Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance Director Kelly Lammers would also address this year’s Flyover Fintech Conference.

Flyover Fintech conferences feature a wide variety of speakers ranging from members of the House Financial Services Committee to leading voices in the fintech industry. Additional speakers and panelists for Flyover Fintech 2024 will be announced in coming months.
