The 4-H Specialty Food Auction sponsored by the Otoe County 4-H Council will once again be held on Thursday, July 28, following the 4-H Fashion Show at approximately 7:15 p.m. at the Kimmel Event Center. All 4-H members, ages 8-18, enrolled in a 4-H Foods and Nutrition project may participate and showcase their baking skills.
Specialty food items like fruit pies, specialty breads, fancy cakes, and decorated cakes will be auctioned off as a fundraiser for the 4-H Council with 1/2 the purchased price going to the 4-H member and 1/2 to the 4-H Council.
