Our tenth installment of the Peru State College Foundation scholarships features the Agnes Margaret Blank Scholarship.
The Agnes Margaret Blank Scholarship was established by Donald Page in memory of his mother Agnes, a 1909 graduate of Peru State Normal College. At that time, Agnes received a lifetime teacher’s diploma. The scholarship was first awarded in 2002 and since has been increased in value as Mr. Page provided a nice bequest upon his death. Agnes met her husband Fred Joseph Page while attending Peru State.
