Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Peru State College

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Peru State College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Nebraska students paid $7,512 to attend the four-year public institution this year – $252 more than the $7,260 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 97 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 219 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.1 million and 152 students took out student loans totaling more than $872,339.

Including all undergraduates (2,114), 1,071 students used grants or scholarships totaling $7 million, and 858 students took out $5.8 million in federal student loans.
