Doane University-Graduate and Professional Studies enrolls 496 undergrads

At Doane University-Graduate and Professional Studies, 83 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 65 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Lincoln enrolled 1,609 students in fall 2018, including 496 in undergraduate and 1,113 in graduate programs, data shows. 11.1 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

50 percent of undergraduates are residents of Nebraska.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (78 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (8 percent).
