Peru State College enrolls 1,851 undergrads

At Peru State College, 79 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 60 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Peru enrolled 2,114 students in fall 2018, including 1,851 in undergraduate and 263 in graduate programs, data shows. 7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

78 percent of undergraduates are residents of Nebraska, and 22 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (79 percent) and Black or African American (7 percent).
