U.S. Congressman Mike Flood has expressed his approval following the U.S. Senate's passage of H.J. Res. 109 by a vote of 60-38. This resolution, introduced under the Congressional Review Act (CRA), aims to repeal the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Staff Accounting Bulletin (SAB) 121, which discourages banks from providing custodial services to digital assets investors by requiring them to keep those assets on-balance sheet.
