On Saturday, April 12, Lincoln East High School standouts, including Garrett Springer, competed in an NCAA Division II baseball game for Washburn Ichabods

On Saturday, April 12, three former Lincoln East High School standouts, including Garrett Springer, Owen Laessig and Sam Wragge’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, won 14-13 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Emporia State Hornets.

The game took place at Glennen Field. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Glennen Field against Emporia State Hornets.
