On Tuesday, April 8, former Lincoln East High School standout Katie Hogue’s current college team, the UNC Pembroke Braves, won 14-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mount Olive Trojans.

The game took place at Purnell Swett High School. This was their eighth matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Purnell Swett High School against Chowan Hawks.
