On Tuesday, April 1, Lincoln East High School standouts, including Garrett Springer, competed in an NCAA Division II baseball game for Washburn Ichabods

On Tuesday, April 1, three former Lincoln East High School standouts, including Garrett Springer, Owen Laessig and Sam Wragge’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Fort Hays State Tigers.

The game took place at Larks Park. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at Glass Family Field at Myers Stadium against Northwestern Oklahoma State Rangers.
