On January 24, 2025, Rep. Mike Flood shared his efforts on Twitter regarding H.J. Res. 109, stating, "As H.J. Res. 109 came to the House floor, I worked to build bipartisan support for the measure."
In another tweet on the same day, he mentioned his role in introducing this resolution: "In 2024, I introduced H.J. Res. 109, a measure that aimed at repealing SAB 121."
Additionally, Rep. Flood acknowledged collaboration with Senator Lummis regarding the resolution's progress in the Senate: @SenLummis help lead the effort in the U.S. Senate where H.J. Res. 109 received a bipartisan vote of 60-38.
