The Importance of Premium Buyers.
4-Hers work months and years to have a project to take to the Fair. Some are continuing the tradition of their family by developing a breeding program not only to produce an animal to show at the County Fair but also to produce a product that fits the livestock market, other youths are exploring new opportunities and interests in livestock production. The premium auction is a way for local businesses and individuals to support the work of these youth. Buyers are investing in the future of the 4-Her and the future of the Agriculture Industry which is an investment in our communities. Pawnee County 4-H Foundation and Pawnee County Extension would like to send a sincere thank you to all our current and past supporters of 4-H youth, without your support some opportunities could not exist.
