Born in Omaha in 1975 and residing in Norfolk, Mike Flood graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in 1997 and earned a JD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2001. His political career includes serving in the Nebraska State Legislature from 2007 to 2013 before joining Congress.
